Appointments Updated
LCFA have released the appointments for County Cup Finals today. The appointments section has been updated. Local league Cup Finals are also included. Congratulations to all involved.
Promotions
LCFA are also in the process of writing to referees on promotion schemes. If you have been promoted please let me know. So far I'm only aware of my own.

LCFA - Information Received
LCFA are looking for referees to referee at the World Firefighter Games taking place in Liverpool in August. Contact Dave Horlick at LCFA for details.
LCFA are running a Futsal referees' course on Thursday 10th April. Contact Dave Horlick or Simon Wright at LCFA for details.
There is a Sportsman's Dinner to raise funds for Transplant Sport UK at the Suites Hotel on Friday 11th April. Geoff Winter is the guest speaker. Tickets are £30. Contact Dave Horlick at LCFA for details.

Notice of EGM
On the 7th April 2008 the St Helens Referees' Society will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting.
Society rules require 28 days notice to be given before an EGM can take place.
The EGM will take place directly before the April monthly meeting and members will be asked to discuss a proposed rise in membership fees in-line with an increase in fees from the Referees' Association.
It is proposed that full membership rises to £27 (from £25) and junior membership to £18 (from £15).
Please note that your current membership expires on the 31st March and therefore 2008/2009 membership will be due at April's meeting.
